River Ranch 900 is a 900-acre, master-planned community near Dayton, TX, set to expand the successful River Ranch development. The property is fully entitled, has access to all utilities, and is located within a Municipal Utility District (MUD), making it ready for development.

In 2023, Texas faced a shortfall of 306,000 homes, according to an analysis by Up for Growth, a nonprofit focused on housing policy. The National Association of Realtors (NAR) further highlighted that the biggest gap is in homes affordable for middle-income buyers.
