Freedom Trail is a proposed 430-acre single-family development located on the Houston Grand Parkway at FM 686 in Dayton ETJ/ISD, Liberty County, TX. The site is in close proximity to the City of Dayton, a rapidly growing light industrial hub in the Eastern Houston MSA.
CIRE is working with Windy Hill Development to develop 174 acres of the Freedom Trail property. Rausch Coleman, KB Homes, History Maker, and Adams Homes will be building on the lots.
The Dayton/Liberty County region is one of the fastest growing areas in the Houston MSA, with job and population growth driven by the Port of Houston, petrochemical complex, Gulf Inland Logistics Park, and the Cedar Port Industrial Park.
