This project is positioned just north of Interstate 69 near the intersection of Hopkins Road and Bohacek Road, offering direct connectivity to the greater Sugar Land area and its major employment and retail corridors.

Connor Investment Real Estate formed a single-asset real estate investment partnership to acquire the site, capitalizing on the property’s prime location within one of the Houston metro’s most active population and economic growth corridors.
