LM 350 is a 350 Acre tract that is a continuation of the sold-out master planned community, Lago Mar. Located in Texas City, just southeast of Houston, the Lago Mar development has been one of the top 10 selling communtities in the nation, and we are excited to contribute to this project to continue the successful home sales activity.
The Greater Houston area shows strong forecasted population and new home growth through 2026, as the population grows by over 80,000 people per year. Together with our partners Quiddity Engineering, ABHR, CBRE, Miller Grossbard Associates, Jeb Brown, and Devine Consulting, we are proud to be apart of this project to provide quality housing to the growing Houston area.
