The Reserve at Huntsville is a new master-planned residential community in Huntsville, TX. Connor Investment Real Estate and Paul Hayden Development have partnered to develop 140 single family lots on 34 acres of land. Construction is underway and the first phase of lots.
K Hovnanian Homes and Castlerock have already placed the 140 lots under contract. The lots are projected to be completed by Q3 2024, ready for the first sale to the home builders.
