Master Plan

The Rosenthal Estates development tract of 73 acres is located on the north side of Rosenthal Road, approximately 1/2 mile west of Interstate 35 in Lorena, Texas, just south of Waco.

One hundred and sixty-five (165) 85′ x 125′ single-family residential lots are planned for development in two phases. Weltex Investments will develop the property. Carothers Homes and Jubilee Homes will be building on the lots.

Lorena, TX and Mclennan County are destination suburban markets of Greater Waco anticipating accelerated growth. Rosenthal Estates is just a short drive to Waco’s newest commercial amenities, including Cabelas and Top Golf.
