Master Plan

Massey Oaks is an approximately 74-acre tract of entitled residential property adjacent to the future Massey Oaks master planned community. This property is located on McKeever Road within Pearland, Texas’ accessible Highway 288 Corridor.

CIRE plans for the development of 300+ single-family residential lots, plus potential commercial and school tracts within one of Houston’s strongest growing corridors. Gromax Development will develop the property, while CastleRock Communities and Meritage Homes will be building on the lots. 

This strategic location provides easy access to The Medical Center, Downtown Houston, Galleria, and other commercial business districts in fast-growing central and south quadrants.
