Indian Springs Equity, LP is a partnership formed by Connor Investment Real Estate, LLC for the purchase of approximately 138 acres of residential property located on the east side of Lake Houston, approximately 7 miles north of Crosby near Hwy. 90.

575 40’ single-family residential lots and homes are to be built under the jurisdiction of City of Houston and Harris County. Windy Hill Development will develop the property and Lennar Homes will be constructing the single-family homes.
