Diamond Oaks
Connor Investment Real Estate closed on the Land Bank structure for Diamond Oaks on September 1st, 2022. CIRE is providing the Developer, One Windy Hill, with off-balance sheet financing for the purchase of raw land. CIRE Land Fund II will purchase the land while One Windy Hill will continue the entitlement process. One Windy Hill is working with the City and County to determine an agreed to Planned Unit Development. A lot sizing and development plan is under discussion with the City and County. The 206 acre property is located on FM 1462/Rosharon Road east of the SH-288 intersection. Drainage is under design by EHRA with expected approval by end of Q4 2022, and multiple homebuilders have expressed interest in purchasing the land once entitled or lots once developed
