Mesa Vista
Connor Investment Real Estate closed on three deals in the last two weeks, the first being Mesa Vista on August 22nd, 2022. Mesa Vista is a Land Bank structure in which CIRE is providing the Developer, One Windy Hill, with off-balance sheet financing for the purchase of the raw land. CIRE Land Fund II will purchase the land while One Windy Hill will continue the entitlement process. One Windy Hill has a contract in title from a publicly traded homebuilder to purchase the property in 2023 following full entitlement of the property. The property is 201 acres located near Mesa Drive and Little York Road east of I-45. The City of Houston is providing water and sewer capacity, and drainage will be under design by EHRA with expected approval by end of Q4 of 2022. There is also a traffic Impact Study underway for the community. CIRE is proud to close on this development, and excited to see what is to come.
