On Jan. 22, Land Tejas announced plans to construct a Crystal Lagoon in the Sierra Vista master-planned community, located approximately 25 miles south of downtown on Highway 288. This will be the third Crystal Lagoon in Houston located in a Land Tejas community.
Earlier this month, Land Tejas purchased 1,039 acres along Clay and Pitts west of the Grand Parkway and north of Interstate 10 in Katy and Waller counties. Land Tejas worked with CBA Land Capital and Trez Capital on the financing and structuring of the purchase. Land Tejas plans to deliver the first phase of 3,000 homesites in the spring of 2021.
