PAUL CONNOR, PRINCIPAL & FOUNDER

Paul began his career in real estate investment and development in 2001 and has been involved in over $1.0 billion of residential and commercial real estate developments and investments—and counting.

As founder of Connor Investment Real Estate, Paul manages the in-house team and third-party consultants for sourcing properties, evaluating the investment potential, capital formation, deal structuring, and the due diligence and enhancement of all investments.

Paul co-founded CBA Land Capital a joint venture with Land Tejas. CBA Land Capital works to provide nontraditional financing solutions that alleviate the capital and resource strains often placed on home builders. This joint venture culminated with Land Tejas developing over 3,000 lots per year and being purchased by Starwood Land Capital. 

Paul continues to serve as Principal at McAlister Investment Real Estate where he actively manages the nearly $100 million in real estate assets within the McAlister funds and partnerships. Prior to joining McAlister Investments, Paul was Vice President of Acquisitions for Senterra Real Estate Group. During his 11 year tenure at Senterra, Paul led the firm’s real estate investment, financial structuring, and real estate development activities throughout the southwest United States.

Paul is a licensed attorney in Texas, graduating from The University of Texas with a B.S in Finance and the University of Houston Law Center with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence. Paul enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

PHILIP GUYTON, DIRECTOR

Philip has over twenty-five years of financial and management experience including financial analysis, business development, venture capital, construction, and engineering work.

He has extensive experience developing and maintaining proformas in the real estate development world and also in other investment and cash flow analysis scenarios.

Over the course of his career, he has had the opportunity to travel extensively and meet many different individuals across a broad range of industries.

He has been directly responsible for raising over $50 million in real estate land project funding.

Prior to working in funding, he managed a high-net-worth family office and reviewed close to 1,000 varying investment opportunities.

He has directed and managed investments into 26 different companies and partnerships.

PAMELA VICKERS, PROJECT COORDINATOR / INVESTOR RELATIONS

Pamela is an experienced asset and project manager with 25+ years of experience in operations and accounting management. She is highly skilled in project management, asset management, investor relations, negotiations, marketing and analytical management, and all aspects of accounting and office management.

With her extensive base of experience in residential and commercial real estate investment and management, Pamela oversees coordination of due diligence and feasibility for new investment opportunities and investor relations on active investment partnerships.

Pamela has been critical in the formation of over $300 million in real estate investment and development. Prior to working with the Connor Investment team, Pamela managed real estate for a high-net-worth family office.

DUSTIN MOUDY, VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCE

Dustin has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and residential real estate, with a focus on market research, due diligence, financial modeling, land acquisition, and development.

Prior to joining CIRE, Dustin led custom consulting and advisory efforts for John Burns Real Estate Consulting and Zonda, where he assisted land developers, home builders, debt and equity providers, and other investors in determining the market feasibility of prospective residential real estate opportunities across Texas. Before his time at JBREC and Zonda, he was a project manager supporting acquisition and new land development activities for Houston-based Senterra Real Estate Group.

Dustin holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Northeastern State University (Oklahoma), and a M.S. in Finance from The University of Oklahoma, Norman.
